Through community workshops, wellness retreats and our online platform, it is our desire to strengthen the connectedness of enlightened women of purpose. ConnXtions Retreat
Join Ladies of The Light for our overnight ConnXions Retreat... honoring the ancestors of the land and its people. Bringing together a community of healers and wellness practitioners, as we assist in raising the collective consciousness of humanity.
Activities:
Ceremonial Circle, Breathwork, wRITE to Heal Journaling Session, Vibrational Sound Meditation, Movement, and Drum Circle.
