Through community workshops, wellness retreats and our online platform, it is our desire to strengthen the connectedness of enlightened women of purpose. In addition to being a certified LOL Practitioner & Guide, I’m an End-of-Life & Bereavement Doula and Trauma-Informed Master Life & Mindset Coach focused on emotional freedom and empowerment. I hold space for the full-circle of life and all the emotions along the way. Through education, lived experiences, and intuitive guidance, I’ll take you deep into the waters to heal the inner depths of your wounds. Then apply restorative care and somatic practices to power up and transcend each forthcoming transformation. Together, we’ll journey to a deeper understanding and connection to your highest self while manifesting a life worth living.
