Sacred Drum Circle : FRIDAY SEP 12th 6-8pm @ NWC
If you are needing space and time to let go of your week with a small cadre of like-minded souls, join us for this experience of rhythms, sound, and energy of the drum.
No prerequisite, experience drumming or training necessary to participate.
Bring your own percussive instrument, ie hand drum, sticks, maracas, tambourine, etc. and join the collective rhythms that will be revealed together as we play and release.
Please come in a timely fashion as the door will close at 6:15pm.

My Medicine
Today, I needed inspired medicine, so I went and got it. The fresh spring air, the trees, the earth, people smiling and being kind to each other, ease with time and opportunity to walk with my intuition.
It was a gorgeous outing that fed my soul. It was indeed, a very good day. What inspiration did you get, to sustain your wellness? You good? I pray you are, Beloved. Be well.

Thank you 💕, for sharing such a beautiful reminder of the medicine that is easily accessible to us all. Today a siStar ✨ invited me to a spa massage day and tomorrow I too will be embodying natures medicine at my monthly water releasing gratitude ceremony 💧.
