3/28 6-8pm Silent Tea Ceremony with Graciela the Sage

Quiet the week's noise with a small gathering of likeminded souls to share a cup of silence with Gaia's high-quality tea. A tea ceremony is an ancient practice of connecting to the Divine through plant medicine (tea) in the environment of silence. Soothing, comforting and gently embraced by the warmth of the tea and the power of silence, an environment is created that you may hear your own heart speak. Find yourself deeply centered and encouraged to release what is over and enjoy the beauty of now.

3/30 11am -1pm Tiny Yogis & Tall Tales:

A Family Storytime & Imagination Yoga Experience:  Let’s come together and share some fun times with the babes! Arm babies, toddlers, and Pre-K "punkins" are all welcome to join with their favorite adult for a heartwarming playful experience. Enjoy family-style community fun as we explore the world of language, culture, fun songs, music, movement, and play, all inspired by beloved children’s books that nurture an early love for literature.

Graciela Teofield will bring stories to life with interactive storytelling, while Samone Marie leads Kids Imagination Yoga.

The time has come to embrace harmony & renewal. You are warmly invited to join us at the New Wellness Center this weekend.

On Friday, July 26th, witness the ceremonial ribbon cutting and engage in a Meet & Greet Mixer where you will be introduced to our esteemed practitioners. Then, on Saturday, step into an Open House where we offer complimentary group classes and individual wellness sessions to nurture your spirit.                                                                                              

I will personally be offering messages from spirit during a group session, as well as one-on-one sessions to connect with the wisdom of the unseen.
