Today I am grateful for the joy in my heart and give highest honors to our Ancestors (known and unknown), Guides, Fierce Protectors, Skilled Healers, Ascended Masters, and all those who came before!
I can feel the music playing within my heart and woke up needing to sing. Some days I wonder where my carefree, laugh-out-loud smile is hiding and other days I can’t stop cheesing. My inner joy fuels me and I am so grateful to feel my inner child spirit dancing and twirling within!
I give myself permission to be free and just dance today and always! Finding joy in your life doesn’t have to be a strenuous task; it’s about seeing the love in the little things, smiling just because it feels good, and doing the things you desire because you know you’re worth more than just being happy for a moment; you deserve eternal joy! I deserve endless joy throughout the good, the bad, the ugly, and the insanely beautiful aspects of life!
Lean in, laugh a little more and just be love dancing with the joy in your heart from the tips of your toes to the top of your head…take a deep breath, let go, and just BE!!!
